QSTAR ROV TRAINING & SUBSEA SOLUTIONS and HOSPITEN ROCA signed a collaboration agreement to provide UKOOA OGUK offshore medical certificates for the first time in the Canary Island, needed for the Offshore Oil & Gas industry and other maritime sectors.
